svntar create tar files from subversion working copies or from a
repository. The created tar files can be compressed using gzip bzip2
or lzma (those binaries have to be installed).


Compiling
---------

Edit the Makefile in src/ and adjust SVNINCDIR SVNLIBDIR and APRINCDIR
as needed. Then run make.
